He is very courteous and professional, he diagnosed my refrigerator and explained to me his approach to get my unit work and cool again. Excellent Customer Service. Responsive. Honest. Reasonably priced & best of all they know their stuff! also, not to mention they squeezed me in for a same day appointment. From scheduling the appointment, Confirmation of Arrival by text and call, (btw, they arrived early too!- rare) Kevin was awesome. He diagnosed the repair right away - no joke. Would totally refer in a heartbeat.
